EDPR signs Asset Rotation deal for a 58 MW portfolio in Greece
Madrid, July 31st 2026: EDP Renewables, S.A. (“EDPR”) signed two Sale and Purchase Agreements with Faria Renewables to sell 100% of 58 MW wind operating and under construction portfolio in Greece, for an estimated Enterprise Value of €0.12 billion, subject to customary adjustments at closing.
The transaction scope comprises one operating wind farm of 23 MW and one under construction wind farm of 35 MW, benefiting from 10-year Power Purchase Agreements.
The transaction is subject to usual conditions for a transaction of this nature before closing.
