Madrid, December 30^th 2020: EDP Renováveis, S.A. (“EDPR”) announces the expected dates for the following 2021 corporate events:

•    2020 Annual Results: February 24^th 2021
•    Annual Shareholders’ Meeting: April 7^th 2021
•    First Quarter 2021 results: May 13^th 2021
•    First Half 2021 results: July 29^th 2021
•    Nine Months 2021 results: November 3^rd 2021

EDPR will inform the market in the case of changes to the dates of the 2021 financial calendar.
