Madrid, September 28th 2018: EDP Renováveis, S.A. ("EDPR") informs that has received today the resignation of Maria Teresa Costa Campi, with effect from September 25th 2018, as member of EDPR’s Board of Directors. The resignation follows her appointment by Sociedad Estatal de Participaciones Industriales (SEPI) as Domanial Director in one of its subsidiaries. As a consequence of this resignation, Maria Teresa Costa Campi also ceases her position in the Audit, Control and Related-Party Transactions Committee.
