EDP Renováveis, S.A. ("EDPR") informs that it has concluded the acquisition of 45% of EDP Renováveis Brasil, S.A. ("EDPR Brasil"), from EDP Energias do Brasil, S.A. ("EDP Brasil"), under the terms announced to the market on April 27th, 2015.
