EDPR informs about Blackrock’s change in qualified shareholding position

Madrid, April 21^st, 2025: EDP Renováveis, S.A. (“EDPR”) is providing the following information to the market:

On April 16th, 2025, Blackrock Inc. (“Blackrock”) notified EDPR that, in accordance with article 23 of Royal Decree 1362/2007 and as a result of transactions executed on April 15th 2025, reduced its position of voting rights attached to shares to 1.97% (reducing the 3% threshold) and increased its shareholding through financial instruments to 1.61%, resulting in an increase in the total voting rights in EDPR representing 3.58%, with a total of 37,239,784 voting rights.
