EDPR informs about change in qualified shareholding of Blackrock

Madrid, December 26^th, 2024: EDP Renováveis, S.A. (“EDPR”) is providing the following information to the market:

On December 23^rd, 2024, Blackrock Inc. (“Blackrock”) notified EDPR that, in accordance with article 23 of Royal Decree 1362/2007 and as a result of transactions executed on December 20th 2024, increased its shareholding to 31,504,055 voting rights, corresponding to 3.03% of the total voting rights in EDPR.
