EDPR informs about change in qualified shareholding of Blackrock

Madrid, November 22^nd, 2024: EDP Renováveis, S.A. (“EDPR”) is providing the following information to the market:

On November 20^th, 2024, Blackrock Inc. (“Blackrock”) notified EDPR that, in accordance with article 23 of Royal Decree 1362/2007 and as a result of transactions executed on November 19^th 2024, reduced its shareholding to 31,046,110 voting rights, corresponding to 2.985% of the total voting rights in EDPR.
