EDPR informs about change in qualified shareholding of Blackrock

Madrid, October 8^th, 2024: EDP Renováveis, S.A. (“EDPR”) is providing the following information to the market: 

On October 4^th, 2024, Blackrock Inc. (“Blackrock”) notified EDPR its group restructure following the acquisition of Global Infrastructure Management LLC (“GIP”) and accordingly inform a out the new shareholder participation of 3.06% of EDP’s share capital comparatively to 3.05% notificated on August 7^th, 2024.

Following such transactions, Blackrock is attributed with 3.06% of EDPR’s share capital, corresponding to 31,830,921 voting rights, of which 30,232,536 are voting rights attached to shares (2.907%), and 1,598,385 voting rights through financial instruments (0.153%).
