Tax Equity deal for $84 million

EDPR, through its fully owned subsidiary EDP Renewables North America LLC, signed a 15-year PPA with Hoosier Energy to sell the renewable energy produced by 25 MW of the Rail Splitter wind farm, in operation in the state of Illinois since 2009.

EDP Renováveis, S.A. ("EDPR") informs shareholders and the market in general that, with effect from May 6th 2015, EDPR representative for relations with the market and CMVM will be Rui Antunes, responsible for the Investor Relations Department since EDPR initial public offering in June 2008.
