Update on agreement between EDPR and Vestas

Madrid, November 9th 2012: With reference to the announcement made in April 26th 2010, EDP Renováveis S.A. ("EDPR") and Vestas Wind Systems A/S ("Vestas") have agreed to extend until 2015 the delivery period of the turbines covered by the 1,500 MW master supply agreement.
